Dynamic loading of garments onto the conveyor
Once the garments are treated, each garment
is loaded onto a continuously moving
conveyor and is held until other
garments in the batch are ready. The operation
is fast and random and the
items are arranged based on the open slots
available. The system automatically
detects the arrival and precise location
of the individual garments loaded onto the
conveyor.
Various identification and marking systems
can be used:
- Permanent bar code
- Pre-printed bar code
- Bar codes that can be printed as needed
- Transponder
Automatic
garment extraction and batch assembly
hen all of the garments in a client’s
order are ready and loaded onto the conveyor,
the system automatically extracts them
and arranges them into a batch.
