Metalprogetti’s assistance service consists of two teams: one operating in Italy, the other in the United States. In this way, we always have an active location for customer to contact, regardless of their time zone, thus ensuring a 24/7 service.
The Italian team, working within corporate headquarters, has 4 dedicated technicians working full-time plus one employee handling back-office activities. If necessary, we can also count on support technicians specialized in various areas.
We provide support in multiple languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
